1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download and use of Spicy Sort (the "App"), developed and published by Alpha Omega ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Spicy Sort on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play's policies. This license does not give you any ownership interest in the App, its code, artwork, sounds, or puzzle content.

3. Eligibility

Spicy Sort is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age required by your jurisdiction to agree to these Terms without parental consent, you should only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Modify, tamper with, or interfere with the App's normal operation, including manipulating local save data to fraudulently trigger achievements, rewards, or ad-based rewards.
• Use any automated system (bots, scripts, emulators built for abuse) to interact with the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with ad delivery or measurement.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google Play's Developer Distribution Agreement or Program Policies.

5. Advertising & Rewards

Spicy Sort is an ad-supported, free-to-play game. The App displays ads served by Google AdMob and Google Ad Manager, including app-open, interstitial, native, and optional rewarded ads. Watching a rewarded ad is always optional and, when completed, grants an in-game benefit (such as an extra hint, undo, or tube) at our discretion. Ad availability and reward eligibility may vary and are not guaranteed at all times (for example, if no ad is available from our ad partners). 6. In-App Purchases

Spicy Sort does not currently offer any in-app purchases. If that changes in a future version, this section will be updated, and any purchases will be processed through Google Play's billing system and governed by Google Play's own purchase terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, artwork, puzzle designs, level content, sound effects, and underlying software, is owned by Alpha Omega or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 2, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Your Data & Progress

Your gameplay progress is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for loss of progress caused by uninstalling the App, clearing app data, switching devices, or device failure, since progress is not backed up to any account or cloud service by the App itself.

9. Third-Party Services & Stores

The App is distributed through Google Play and relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics), Google AdMob, and Google Ad Manager. Your use of the App is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and applicable policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or that any ads will always be available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Omega shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App (which, for a free app with no in-app purchases, is zero).

12. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

13. Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update the App (including its features, levels, ad behavior, or difficulty balance) and these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when the Terms change. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Developer's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you additional non-waivable rights, in which case those rights continue to apply.
